Below is the rental and guest documentation required. Reminder that rentals require 14 day processing time.

Tenants should submit on the website to be approved so they have access to all information. They also need to submit for a parking pass here: https://www.tpach.com/p/Tenant-Vehicle-Registration-Form

Guests staying over 48 hours must submit for a parking pass here: https://www.tpach.com/p/Guest-Vehicle-Registration-Form

Parking passes can be picked up on Wednesdays from 2-4 PM when Kristianna is on-site.

The owner of the units should be supplying the pool fob and gate clickers. The fobs work at all gates including the entry gate. Bluetooth credentials are available for free. They can be requested HERE: https://www.tpach.com/p/Gate-Clicker-and-Pool-Fob-Requests
